*Columnist Cindy Adams reports of the latest court battle between rap mogul Damon Dash and Linda Williams, the mother of his 14-year-old son Damon Dash Jr.
In her New York Post column, Adams says Williams is claiming Dash attacked and smacked her “again” while at a public park in uptown NYC. Dash denies the charges and says he was just trying to remove his son from her grip. According to Adams, physical confrontations between Dash and Williams have gone on since the child was born.
The judge found that Dash may have touched Williams, but not maliciously with intent to harm her.
Dash is being represented in the dispute by Helene Brezinsky, the powerhouse attorney for Donna Hanover in her divorce from former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani.
